SoCal Artificial Turfs is a family-owned and operated company based in San Jacinto, California. We specialize in artificial turf installation, hardscaping, and full landscape remodels across the Inland Empire.
What started as a small operation in San Jacinto in 2018 now covers 40+ cities across the Inland Empire, from Riverside County into San Bernardino County and out to the Coachella Valley. Bill Borger owns the business. Steve G. runs the field crew with 20+ years of landscape contracting behind him, and he is the one setting base depth and checking grade before a single roll of turf goes down. Every job is handled by our own crew. No subcontractors.
Our owner Bill Borger is on-site for every estimate and involved in every project. When you call us, you talk to us directly. When we give you a quote, that is the price. When we say we will be there Tuesday, we show up Tuesday. SoCal Artificial Turfs is a licensed California landscape contractor, bonded and insured, and the turf we install carries a 16-year manufacturer warranty. Artificial turf installation, pavers, and hardscape all run out of the same San Jacinto shop, whether the job is in Hemet, Menifee, Temecula, Murrieta, Beaumont, or up the hill in Banning.
We are not the cheapest option and we do not try to be. We use premium materials, do the prep work right, and build yards that hold up for 15 to 20 years in the SoCal sun. That is what we are about. Every turf job carries the manufacturer's 16-year warranty, and Steve G. is on site checking base compaction before a single piece of turf gets rolled out. That is true whether we are working a backyard in San Jacinto or a job out in Temecula.

We give you a straight price, a straight timeline, and straight answers. If we cannot do something, we will tell you upfront instead of figuring it out on your dime. We're bonded and insured under our California landscape contractor license, and Steve G., who runs our field crew, has more than 20 years in landscape contracting. Bill and Steve sign off on every job before the crew leaves.
We do not rush jobs to move on to the next one. Proper base prep, proper drainage, proper seaming. The work we do today needs to hold up for the next 15 years.
