How We Install Turf on Nuevo Properties

Standard install takes 1 to 2 days for a typical backyard. We excavate 3 to 4 inches of existing soil, lay Class II road base, compact to 95%, roll out the turf, and infill with silica sand at 2 pounds per square foot. We cut around existing trees, irrigation heads, and any hardscape features already in place.
